As an American Express (Singapore) card holder, I’m always excited to receive mails from AMEX – they frequently alert their card holders to wonderful deals out there. And today, I got this brochure in the mail:
According to the mailer, those who spend SGD $300 or more between 31 Oct 2019 to 31 January 2020 at participating Hilton properties, would receive $75 in statement credit. This is limited to 3 redemptions per card.
For myself, as a holder of TWO qualifying cards from AMEX SG, this mean that I’m entitled to SIX redemptions.

In Singapore, all 3 Hilton properties are participating – Conrad Centennial Singapore, Hilton Singapore, and Hilton Garden Inn.
Elsewhere in the Asia pacific region, a large number from Thailand, Australia, Mainland China and the two in Hong Kong (Conrad Hong Kong, Hilton Garden Inn Mongkok) are included as well. Unfortunately, no properties from Malaysia are included – a slight bummer as I do travel there quite a bit.
Do note that, to qualify for this offer, AMEX card holders must login to your AMEX account and FIRST SAVE the offer – either on the website or the mobile app. After it’s saved, it will appear on your AMEX account under offers that are ‘Saved to Card’.
The mailer from American Express also came with a mini booklet featuring some of their hotels – i do love the effort and thought put in to try and reach out to card users – it definitely gives ideas to hotel-lovers.
